  • I am brand new to yoga - can I still take this course?

    ABSOLUTELY! The course starts off with very clear instruction and each day builds on the previous day's skills and techniques. This course is a great way for beginners to get comfortable with yoga and start to understand (and trust) their bodies. You can always rewatch the earlier lessons or go back if you need a refressher!

  • What style of yoga are the classes?

    The yoga classes are a Vinyasa-based style with a lot of attention to functional movements, anatomical alignment, and opportunities to build strength AND stretch.

  • I don't have a lot of time in the day to practice for long. How long are the videos?

    Most of the classes are 30 minutes long with a few at just 40 minutes. I understand time management and other obligations are a huge obstacle when it comes to establishing a daily yoga practice or self-care routine which is why I keep the videos short and to the point!

  • How long do I have access to the course?

    You have access to the course for 30-days after purchase. You can re-watch the videos as many times as you would like during that time! If you would like unlimited access to the course and a full library of classes, check out the monthly membership options!
