I am a chronically anxious and overwhelmed person. Most folks are shocked to discover this about me because I "seem so calm and chill." THAT is how I know the yoga is working. Yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and the philosophical teachings of the tradition have transformed my life. I want to share these tools for self-care and self-regulation. I want to help you feel strong in your body. I want to help you discover that you have limitless potential for growth inside of you. Let's work together to not only get more flexible, strong, and toned, but to find more joy, delight, contentment, peace, and balance in life off of the yoga mat.
